Ce projet est un journal de transparence public des avis de retrait pour droit d'auteur et des contre-avis. Il fonctionne comme un registre de droit d'auteur expurgé, maintenant un enregistrement chronologique des demandes d'application de la loi reçues par une plateforme d'hébergement.

L'archive utilise un modèle de données en fichiers plats, stockant les avis sous forme de fichiers texte brut au sein d'une hiérarchie de répertoires. Un système de contrôle de version distribué fournit une piste d'audit permanente et un historique des versions pour tous les avis juridiques archivés.
