Syncthing Android

Syncthing Android este o aplicație mobilă și un wrapper de serviciu care permite sincronizarea descentralizată a fișierelor de tip peer-to-peer pe platforma Android. Funcționează ca un instrument distribuit de sincronizare a datelor care oglindește folderele pe mai multe dispozitive, fără a fi nevoie de un server cloud central.

Proiectul oferă o interfață mobilă pentru gestionarea unei instanțe de sincronizare, utilizând o arhitectură de tip service-wrapper pentru a gestiona ciclul de viață și configurarea binarului de sincronizare subiacent. Asigură schimbul securizat de date prin criptare TLS, verificarea identității bazată pe certificate și criptare protejată prin parolă pentru dispozitivele externe neîncrezătoare.

Aplicația acoperă o gamă largă de capabilități, inclusiv schimbul de date bazat pe blocuri, descoperirea automată a peer-ilor prin mecanisme locale și globale și rezolvarea conflictelor.
