ZotFile este un plugin pentru Zotero care funcționează ca un organizator de fișiere de referințe academice, manager de atașamente și instrument de sincronizare. Este conceput pentru a menține un sistem de fișiere structurat al atașamentelor de cercetare, legate de o bază de date bibliografică.
Proiectul oferă redenumirea bazată pe reguli a fișierelor PDF și a atașamentelor, folosind șabloane personalizabile bazate pe metadatele bibliotecii.
