MyIP

MyIP is a network diagnostics toolbox designed for analyzing public IP addresses, geolocation, and network connectivity performance. It provides utilities for identifying IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and analyzing their associated organization, ASN, and geographic details.

The project features specialized privacy and security tools, including a network leak tester to detect DNS and WebRTC leaks used to verify VPN or proxy configurations. It also includes a browser fingerprint analyzer that generates unique client identifiers to audit how device attributes are used for online tracking.

The platform covers a broad range of network analysis capabilities, including domain and Whois lookups, internet speed and latency measurements, and MTR path diagnostics. Additional tools provide MAC address lookups, IP reputation analysis, regional censorship checking, and a cybersecurity posture assessment based on a comprehensive security checklist.

Features

  • IP Geolocation - Identifies the geographic location, ASN, and ownership details associated with an IP address.
  • IP Intelligence Tools - Identifies public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and analyzes their geolocation, ASN, and organization details.
  • Domain and IP Investigation - Retrieves registration data and ownership information for domains and IP addresses using global databases.
  • Network Speed Testers - Determines bandwidth performance by testing upload and download throughput.
  • WHOIS Data Integrations - Integrates with public registration records to retrieve ownership and administrative metadata for domains and IP addresses.
  • DNS Record Resolvers - Queries domain registration data and resolves DNS records from multiple global sources.
  • Leak Detection Tools - Provides diagnostic analysis of WebRTC and DNS request patterns to identify proxy bypasses and IP leaks.
  • Leak Testing Utilities - Checks for DNS and WebRTC leaks to ensure proxy or VPN configurations successfully hide the real IP address.
  • Path Diagnostics - Provides MTR path diagnostics to analyze network hops and identify routing bottlenecks.
  • Network Diagnostics - Provides a comprehensive collection of tools for analyzing public IP addresses and network connectivity.
  • Public IP Detectors - Detects local IPv4 and IPv6 addresses using multiple external providers.
  • Whois Lookups - Retrieves domain registration data and ownership information through Whois searches.
  • Browser Fingerprinting Services - Identifies the device and browser attributes used to track users across the web.
  • Browser Fingerprint Generators - Implements a system to collect browser and hardware attributes to generate unique tracking identifiers.
  • DNS Leak Testing - Analyzes DNS endpoint data to determine if a VPN or proxy is leaking queries.
  • IP Leak Analysis - Identifies IP addresses during WebRTC connections and DNS queries to evaluate leak risks.
  • WebRTC Leak Detection - Identifies the actual IP address used during WebRTC connections to uncover hidden IPs.
  • Global Latency Probes - Measures network round-trip time to servers in various global regions to identify connection delays.
  • Geographic IP Lookups - Retrieves geographic location, region, ASN, and organization details for any IP address.
  • Network Latency Testing - Measures network round-trip time and response delays to global servers to identify latency issues.
  • Network Performance - Measures internet speed, global latency, and routing paths using MTR tests.
  • Censorship Detection - Determines if specific websites are blocked or inaccessible in particular countries.
  • Multi-Source Resolution Analysis - Compares results from different DNS resolvers to detect regional censorship and domain contamination.
  • Rule Validation - Tests proxy software configuration settings to ensure routing rules function correctly.
  • Proxy Rule Validation - Simulates network requests to verify that proxy software routing rules are functioning as intended.
  • Regional Accessibility Testers - Checks if specific websites are online or blocked by regional censorship from various network locations.
  • ASN Visualization - Visualizes upstream paths to backbone networks and tracks historical announcements for IP prefixes.
  • Network Reputation Analysis - Evaluates the reputation of an IP address to determine if it is flagged or restricted.
  • Path Diagnostics - Executes traceroute diagnostics to map network hops and identify routing bottlenecks.
  • Example Applications - All-in-one IP and network diagnostic toolbox.
