Dkron

dkron es un servicio de cron distribuido y programador de tareas de alta disponibilidad diseñado para ejecutar comandos programados a través de un clúster de servidores. Funciona como un reemplazo escalable para el cron tradicional sincronizando la ejecución de tareas a través de múltiples nodos para eliminar puntos únicos de fallo.

El sistema asegura la automatización de tareas tolerante a fallos y la gestión de cron de alta disponibilidad a través de una arquitectura distribuida. Utiliza una máquina de estado replicada y consenso para mantener programas de trabajo sincronizados y proporciona failover automático y redundancia.

La plataforma cubre la programación de trabajos distribuidos y el escalado de capacidad del clúster, permitiendo la adición de instancias de servidor para manejar volúmenes crecientes de trabajos en segundo plano programados.
