Azurelinux

Azure Linux هو نظام تشغيل Linux عام الغرض، مُحسّن للأجهزة الافتراضية والحاويات داخل بيئة سحابة Azure. يعمل كنظام تشغيل سحابي مُحصّن مصمم لتقليل مساحة الهجوم في عمليات النشر عبر بيئات السحابة الافتراضية ومنصات الأجهزة الفعلية (Bare-metal).

يستخدم المشروع نظام بناء Linux تصريحي يعتمد على طبقات التكوين لتعديل حزم التوزيعة. يسمح هذا النهج بتخصيص مكونات النظام وإنشاء مواصفات الحزم دون الحاجة إلى عمل Fork للمصدر الأساسي.

تغطي التوزيعة تحصين البنية التحتية السحابية وإدارة مواصفات الحزم. كما تتكامل مع أدوات بناء Linux القياسية من خلال خط أنابيب متوافق مع المصدر الأساسي لإنتاج حزم توزيعة مخصصة وصور سحابية مُحصّنة.
