هذا المشروع هو سجل شفافية عام لإشعارات إزالة حقوق الطبع والنشر والإشعارات المضادة. يعمل كسجل حقوق طبع ونشر منقح، يحتفظ بسجل زمني لطلبات الإنفاذ القانوني التي تتلقاها منصة الاستضافة.

يستخدم الأرشيف نموذج بيانات ملف مسطح، حيث يخزن الإشعارات كملفات نصية عادية داخل تسلسل هرمي للدليل. يوفر نظام التحكم في الإصدار الموزع مسار تدقيق دائماً وسجل إصدارات لجميع الإشعارات القانونية المؤرشفة.

يركز النظام على مراقبة الحقوق الرقمية وشفافية إنفاذ حقوق الطبع والنشر من خلال إزالة معلومات التعريف الشخصية من الإشعارات قبل النشر. يتم تنظيم هذه السجلات المنقحة حسب التاريخ لتسهيل التصفح الزمني والتفتيش العام لإدارة الإشعارات القانونية.
